March 8, 2024 Update

At its March 7th meeting, the Town Council approved a $25,000 appropriation for the Avon Food Bank. The request will be considered by the Board of Finance at its March 25th meeting.

Assuming approval of this proposal, a balance of $1.177 million remains unobligated. A number of projects have been identified for the balance and are outlined in the Proposed Fund Plan Worksheet.  A number of these projects have been included in the Town Council’s Recommended Budget for FY 2024/2025.
