If you are a vendor, and would like to sell items at Celebrate Avon, you will also need to complete the Vendor Agreement.
Booth Reservation Form Vendor Agreement IMPORTANT INFORMATIONThere is no splitting of booth space allowed. Only One Business/Organization Per Booth. In Fairness to all, Business & Community Organizations are asked to staff their booths from 11:00am – 5:00pm. Payment is due in full with your booth reservation form. Deadline is 9/1/2017. If your reservation form and payment are received before 8/4/17, you will receive a $25.00 discount. (Applicable to Corporate Booths Only.) |
