Sunday Brunch at the Avon Library!
John E. Finn, author of The Perfect Omelet: Essential Recipes for the Home Cook, will be at the Avon Free Public library on Sunday, December 2 at 2:00 p.m. to demonstrate the art of omelet making. Samples of omelets as well as coffee, juice, and other treats will be served.
Mr. Finn is an author, educator, and professionally trained chef. He is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute and lectures frequently on food and popular culture in the US, France, and Italy.
