The Avon Free Public Library will present Cryptocurrency 101 with Dr. Paramita Dhar on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 6:30 pm. In this virtual program, Dr. Dhar will discuss what cryptocurrency is, how to get it, how to store it, and how to use it. She will also talk about investing in cryptocurrency, avoiding scams, and answer the question “Is cryptocurrency the new money?”
