Residents should be aware of a project that is tentatively scheduled to begin Monday, January 23rd and is expected to take approximately 2 weeks to complete. The project is weather dependent which means that it may start later than Monday and may require the contractor to skip work days to perform the project. Residents that are being directly affected have been notified previously by mail and will also receive a door hanging notice provided by the contractor over the next few days. The same notice is provided here. The areas in which the work is being performed include:
- A small area adjacent to Old Farms Road
- Old Mill Lane
- Mountain View Avenue
- Enford Street
The process involves Cured In Place Pipe Lining that uses a heat-curing process that emits a mild odor that dissipates quickly.
