Town of Avon Affordable Housing Plan 2022-2027

The Town of Avon Affordable Housing Plan 2022-2027 was created as required by Connecticut General Statutes 8-30j. The Plan was adopted by the Planning & Zoning Commission on April 26, 2022 after a public hearing was held on March 29, 2022. The Plan provides several specific steps for implementation by which the Town can increase the number of affordable housing units in Avon.
