June 2, 2023 Update
At its June 1st meeting, the Town Council approved a request for $100,000 to purchase a digital mobile radio system for the Avon Public Schools. The Board of Finance will consider this request at its June 26th Meeting.
Assuming approval of the pending request before the Board of Finance, the Town will have appropriated $3,967,434 of its $.4 million ARPA allocation. A total of $1.44 million will remain unobligated. Approved and proposed projects are outlined on the Proposed Fund Plan Worksheet. A pie chart illustrating the distribution of the appropriated (approved), proposed and unallocated ARPA funding by functional area can be found below.
Staff continue to take steps to implement projects for which funding has been approved. The project update report for the month of April is available HERE for your review.
