Play Auditions
May 15 & 16 at the Peachtree Village Clubhouse
(Peachtree Village is just off Darling Drive, which is opposite Whole Foods on Route 44)

Nine Tens on Forty Four is a series of ten-minute plays, including:

  • “Mr. Preble Gets Rid of His Wife,” by New Yorker humorist James Thurber
  • “The Politics of Modern Family Life,” by WTNH news anchor Dennis House
  • “The Play’s the Thing,” by award-winning novelist Chris Knopf
  • “The Buck Stops Here,” by popular playwright Jacques Lamarre

All parts are available. All age groups – from young teens to the most seasoned citizens!
Join the effort, have fun, make friends, explore new and old creative passions.
Playhouse 44 is a new community theater project created by Avon residents.
