Pipe Lining Projects: Old Mill Road, Mountain View Avenue/Enford Street, Old Farms Road
March 1, 2023 Update:
The projects previously identified within Old Farms Road, Old Mill Road, Mountain View Avenue, and Enford Street were completed in January without issue. Town staff wish to thank affected residents for their patience and cooperation as these projects were completed. Due to determination of continued infiltration identified via the project, a following-on project is under consideration for leaking service laterals found within the Old Mill Road sewers. Residents there will be notified in advance of the additional work.

The Town has identified sewer mains within three neighborhood areas that require rehabilitation to prevent blockages and mitigate groundwater leaks into the collection system, and has engaged a specialty contractor, Inliner Solutions, to perform Cured In Place Pipe lining.
