Avon Library presents “Essential Oils 101”

The Avon Free Public Library will present “Essential Oils 101” on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 2:00 pm.

Join Certified Aromatherapist Susan Cote for an afternoon all about essential oils. Susan has been using and studying plant medicine for over two decades. She currently works with over 260 essences. In this presentation, Susan will talk about how essential oils are made, how to apply them, and how to choose the right ones for you. The program will conclude with the opportunity to make your own lavender sachet to bring home for yourself or for gift-giving!
