How Do I Register To Vote?
  • Online Voter Registration is now available.  Click HERE.
  • In person: go to the Registrar's Office on Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. OR go to the Town Clerk's Office, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • By mail: cards are available at the Library, Town Hall, and Registrar of Voters Office.
  • By a mail-in card provided when renewing your driver's licence with the DMV.
  • In person: at any other Town/City Hall in the state.

Users must be aware that occasional special conditions can force changes in polling places.  For the most up-to-date location, voters should check with their Town offices and/or local Registrar of Voters.
 
How Do I Get An Absentee Ballot?
 
If you are seeking an absentee ballot, any qualified registered voter may vote using an absentee ballot for the following reasons:
  • Illness or physical disability.
  • Absence from the Town during all election hours.
  • Religious beliefs forbidding secular activity on election day.
  • Serving as an election official at a polling place other than your own.
  • Active service in the Armed Forces.
The Town Clerk is responsible for the supervising, distributing, and counting of absentee ballots.  Please visit the Town Clerk's Office for an application for an absentee ballot or click HERE to complete one and then mail it to:
